Taking Seatone

This can be later reduced to 1 capsule of 500mg or 2 capsules of 350mg and then 1 capsule of 350mg per day. Seatone withOmega 3 - take 2 capsules daily. Seatone capsules can be taken all at once or throughout the day but should always be taken with a meal. This varies from person to person. Most people find they can reduce intake after a few months (see above �how many capsules should be taken per day�?), but others find they need to sustain a higher intake. There have been no reports of adverse side effects due to long term use. Again this varies, however, most experience a benefit 4 to 8 weeks after starting to take Seatone.

Contraindications

Seatone is gentle on the stomach and can be taken alongside anti-inflammatory drugs or NSAID�s (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) if desired. If your Doctor has advised you to consume a very low salt (sodium) or salt free diet you may prefer to avoid Seatone. The sodium content of Seatone is less than the sodium content in 2 slices of bread. Seatone is not recommended for people with an allergy to shellfish or for sufferers of gout.
